Lille Couture is a smart and savvy collection of couture for the “Little One” and is focused on bringing fashionable little dresses to the second star of the show, the flower girl. The word Lille (pronounced “lee-luh”) means “little one” in Norwegian. Designer Jolene Picone was born and raised in a small town in northern Wisconsin, where the Norwegian genes are prominent amongst many of the families and the culture of the area, including her own.
